This page is designed to help you in finding answers to various questions that might come to your mind when browsing our on-line catalogue or when you would like to order our products.

On-line catalogue

1. Why are some items "hazy"?
In our catalogue each picture represents one product. Sometimes there are more products on one photo and only the product for which there is the description is highlighted. If you like to get information about the dimmed products, you can usually use the related items links.

2. Do I need to register to view the catalogue?
You can enter the catalogue without registration. The only difference is that prices of the products will not be shown.You can always register later by clicking the Show prices button that is located next to each product.

3. Why should I register?
The main advandage of the registration is that you will see the price of every product. Further you can choose to receive our regular newsletter informing you about new products and developments in our company.

4. What is required for the registration?
We require only some basic information like your name, company, e-mail address, country you are from and what type of customer you are (see next question). You can choose your own username and password.

5. What type of business do I belong to?
The basic difference between different types is in the purchased quantity and therefore different price levels. To find out what type you belong to please check the order policy for each type. You can also download this information from our More information page.

6. How can I change my registration?
You can change your registration by sending us an e-mail with your current username and state what changes you would like to make (for example switch from Individual to Wholesale prices).We will change your settings within one day.

7. Do I have to log out?
No, you are logged out automatically ten minutes after your last access to a catalogue page.
It can also happen that you open a page, leave it open on want to continue more than ten minutes later. In this case you need to log in again.

 

On-line ordering

1. How can I order your products?
The easiest way is to order is through our on-line ordering system (for description see the next points). Of course, you can use e-mail, telephone or fax. When ordering, please specify the Order number, desired colors and quantities and any other relevant information.

2. How do I add items to my on-line order?
First of all, you need to be registered to our system (see description above). After this, adding items to your order is as easy as clicking the add to order text or icon ().
After this, you an order list will appear. You can change the quantities of the goods and add notes (for example to specify colors). You can also delete items by writing "0" into the quantity field. Please note that you need to press recalculate for your changes to take affect.

3. How do I change my order?
To view your complete order, just click the view order text or icon ()You can change the quantities of the goods and add notes (for example to specify colors). 4. How to finalize my order, what information do I need to submit?
When you are satisfied with your selection, just click the finalize order text or icon (). On the ensuing page, you will see all ordered items. If you would like to change anything, just hit the "back" button. The indicated pricing does not include any applicable discounts nor shipping cost. These will be calculated manually after we receive your order and you will receive this information together with the possible shipping date.
Your order will be processed and binding only after you will agree with the shipping cost and total price.

Please fill out the information about yourself carefully to prevent delivery or billing problems. For description of the payment methods, please read the following section. As a matter of course, your data will be treated strictly confidential and will never be revealed or sold to third parties.


Shipping and payment methods

1. How are the orders shipped?
The shipping method depends on your preferences, the size of the order and, of course, on the destination where you live. The methods range from regular postal service (surface or air mail) to air-cargo, sea-cargo and express service and the selection always depends on individual agreement. Of course, you can select your own freighter and will just make the goods ready for pick-up.

2. How long does it take to process my order?
Items on stock can be shipped within few days (This time is necessary to carefully pack your goods and clear the customs). Otherwise the production might take several weeks. An exact delivery date will be specified when we confirm your order.

3. How can I pay for my order?
Basically there are these payment methods that you can use:

  1. Credit card - our bank requires an authorization form to be filled out and mailed to us. For faster processing it is possible to fax or e-mail the form while sending the original by mail. Your card is billed when your order is shipped. Sorry, we are not able to accept credit cards on-line.
  2. Check - a personal or company check is also possible but our bank needs about three weeks to clear foreign checks. It is our policy to ship the orders only after the customers' check is processed by our bank. The check needs to be drawn on 2ES Dacice v.o.s.
  3. Cashiers check - this is an option for the US customers where the bank freezes the amount and certifies the check. With these check we can ship as soon as the check arrives.
  4. Wire transfer - This is the most convenient way for larger payments as the banks usually require a high flat fee. For first contact we require an advance payment which can be, after establishing a good business relationship, changed to extended payment. We will give you our account information upon request.
