5 pieces/sets of each item, design and color (does not apply to items on stock)
2 chess sets of each design

Payment terms
New customer - full prepayment, or major credit card
Reorders - 2 % discount for full prepayment. Otherwise Net 30 days.

· VISA/MASTERCARD (3% surcharge)

Delivery
In stock items are shipped within 10 days.
Other orders are delivered within 4-8 weeks.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from our factory warehouse in Czech Republic. Our prices include export packaging and custom clearance in the Czech Republic.

Shipping options
We ship the goods via aircargo freight carrier. At your request, the merchandise may be shipped by a carrier of your choice, such as Fedex, DHL or UPS. Shipping by these carriers is faster but of course more costly. Please indicate in your order which option do you prefer. Our prices are EXW Factory and the actual shipping and insurance will be added to your total.

Discounts
The discounts are calculated from the EXW total, that is before adding the shipping.

Order of:
$ 500 and more - 2 %
$ 750 and more - 4 %
